End of week run?

Last couple of weeks we have had runs on last day of week in anticipation of license. I think we see the same thing today. Lots of bids hoping to get hit at EOD yesterday and I think they buy us up after early morning push down. Just a guess by what I’ve seen last couple of weeks. Good luck all.
