I've only ever received a proxy to vote on board members and raises so I'm not understanding this process. One thing though. In the proxys that I've received I knew what the vote was about from the circular. This just says that there's a vote with no indication on what it's about. I'm thinking RTO or they would spell it out. ( I'm wishful thinking).
