You may be surprised that price is low.a couple pennies off a year low isn't something to celebrate, especially after all the good news here, especially after the year low was forced due to a deep discounted rights, the market ignores it, institutions ignore it etc., for a reason, the history of deep discounted rights, and ownership %. If a bid could take it over, hostile or friendly, market would reflect that. There is a resource there, until the market knows how it is going to be mined, and at what cost, and with who, don't expect much. Deep pocket partner changes it all. Good luck.
