RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:merger, friendly takeover, deals, patent licensingIf I was to give anywhere near 500 million dollars to finance this operation I would want to have a say on when and how this money is spent. I hope for a buyout or JV where an experienced team can continue this project  and bring it to life. This could help preserve and enhance investors equity in the company.  At this rate with previously botched financing we will have more than one milion shares out there. Guy has done a lot of good work to get this project off the ground maybe its time to pass the reigns to someone else . We are lucky lithium demand and prices are good and will remain for a few years no matter what Morgan Stanley has to say.
