Dr Cash it is not a surprise . Anonymous = Sprott ninepoint..... they offload their  shares and like to hit bids that have good volume .  Buyers National bank and others ... like my self bought more today. If they want to sell it at a lower price I dont mind I will keep buying down here . There is no one accumulating shares down here for a takeover bid after FDA approval.....just some opportunistic investors.... expect more downside for next while unless we get sudden FDA approval.
