It includes approximately 4 mining leases and 336 unpatented mining claims. In addition, it also consists of approximately 29,435 hectares within the Sault Ste. The Stoughton Abitibi property is located approximately 110 kilometers east of Timmins and 50 kilometers northeast of Kirkland Lake.

What would be minimum price / sh if Harte was to sell now? 1.5 million oz x $1300/oz gold = $1.9 billion Est. extraction cost = say $600/oz So net cost would be say $1 billion 600 million sh outstanding So net value/sh = $ 1.66 ( roughly) Offer at say a 30% premium = $2.16/sh If we assume that would be all we had ( and we know there is more) then nothing less than $2.16/sh
