RE:financing?Go back and view he Swiss capital videos on the website.   Wolfe says they need $3 to 3.5 M and may offer it to existing share holders.    Right now there is buying to hold price up as much as possible for the PP.    I expect that will continue till the Placement is filled.    

  Pretty hard to get rid of Wolfe.  I think he holds over six million shares.    He's held the escro paper that got  the company incorporated back in 2004.  It is his company.   The people surrounding him also have large amount of shares through grants and warrants.   Together they basically control it.
