From what I gather, the company is still in operations, with a new COO that has ties to a currently non-operating mining company (mining being one of the target sectors for the enviromentally freindly resin for stiffening up dirt roads that ENS Solutions Inc markets and applies).

The potential is in the speculation, as the insiders have been rather quiet as to what the plans are. I am personally speculating that there is a plan of sorts in place, and based on the information that is available, it would appear that there is a plan to build a portfolio for a large mining company to buy to add to their operations.

I'll be the first to admit that it is just as likely as they are trying to mine bitcoin using actual mining equipment too. There is really very little information available, other than some indication that there is an operating business behind the stocks.
