Correct. Heard a 25 for 1 R/S-come out @$1 US so it is viewed as not "junk"- shareholders from private company bring in 500 new shareholders-then PR commences and we then get a feel for ...more

US company that is currently private will use company to re-list and then use their shareholders to re-enter the public market. Symbol change and PPS to be determined.
