@DrCash:  Think about it logically:  Don't you think RR approached Cantel or JNJ at the same time he approached Getinge?  RR has been in the industry (including Steris) for decades.  He knows people.  Don't you think he tried calling a couple old colleagues/pals at Steris, as well?

RR is a horrible businessman, but he can't be that stupid.  Perhaps Getinge was the only company who took RR's bait and offered the highest contractual purchase price and best terms.

Gentlemen, this VP4 thing IS NOT SELLING.  Getinge couldn't sell them in over 2 years -- TSO3 is buying back 100+ of them.  Nobody internally at TSO3 is selling these devices either.  ~80% of the current installations are marketing installations -- sold at discounted prices with discounted consumables promised in exhange for customer testimonials, hospital tours and other nonsense.  When you see a manufacturer BUY BACK INVENTORY.. that's BAD.  Very bad!

The VP4 is not selling. Period. Understand that.  Once you do, then all other macro-level excuses you can conjure up do not matter.  It's been 2+ years since RR and his fellow Exec inept morons set up shop at the beach.  In this timeframe, we have had 8+ fiscal quarters and investor calls of RR and GK regurgitating the same sales and technology rubbish while the VP4's stack up and collect dust - no sales, no profit, no return.  Not to mention the Executive revolving door either -- If the Execs are fleeing, what is that indicating?  Head of science lasted a couple months, the other marketing and sales head, gone.  HR, gone.  My guy down there that works nearby in an office says there is hardly anyone working in their building anymore compared to 12 mos ago "when they would overflow into the street".

I don't care if it is the best technology that has ever hit the healthcare industry - - You must SELL it.  The lack of any sales velocity should be concerning to everyone here.  This is a for-profit company and the only ones who have profited thus far are the TSO3 Executives. 

In hindsight, I'd have more trust in my money with Bernie Madoff.  Good luck to all of you, I hope you lost less money at the craps table than I did.
