As of Jan 24th, they had 9.8 million in the bank. Not sure what they have spent since then. I would guess that any past private placement financers holding option warrents would exercise them in the not too distant future.

"As a result of Mr. Sorensen's and the institutional shareholder warrant exercises, UEX issued 22,761,905 shares and received proceeds of $5,028,572. With the exercise of these warrants, this puts the company in a strong cash position at approximately $9.8-million."
