RE:RE:New Presentation Deck - April 16

RE:RE:New Presentation Deck - April 16Getting involved pre federal legalization in the US is definitely off limits to VFF. It would essentially be a suicide mission for VFF's produce business as there would be many repercussions to their banking, client, and import / export relationships and agreements.

The only paths for Texas assets to produce cannabis products pre federal legalization of marijuana is either CBD only depending on legislative changes on that front, or an outright sale of the entire enterprise to a cannabis operator with the intention of completely winding down the produce businness.

The regulatory pathway to federal legalization of CBD in the US is most likely the nearest term outcome. Texas is a large state, I'd envision partial conversion to CBD if that plays out with the rest on hold for outright federal legalization.
