That sounds right. BeWhere doesn't sell directly to the end users, they only sell through resellers (could be the carrier themselves or other resellers such as Fleet Complete). They announced many resellers in the past. Regardless, BeWhere should capture a significant portion of the recurring monthly rev IMO. I don't know the revenue split nor do I know the pricing of the LTE-M for Bell. Rates can easily change depending on consumption of data (i.e. how many times per day data from the sensors is reported). I'm not certain either whether BeWhere will take on the whole cost of the H/W. Whenever the company and/or Bell choses to disclose that to us, then we'll know the exact details. For now, we're just using common sense to deduce what it's going to look like.
