To State the ObviousUnder the BC Business Corporations Act, info shareholders have access to are specified in section 42. Authority for shareholders to inspect company records is found in section 46.

Under TSX Continuous Disclosure requirements, only "material" information is required to be disclosed in the form of an IIROC approved news release (during trading hours). "Material" information means:
"Material Information is any information relating to the business and affairs of an issuer that results in or would reasonably be expected to result in a significant change in the market price or value of any of the issuer's listed securities (Section 407 of TSX Company Manual)."
Personally, I don't see items such as the cost of an Ad campaign or compensation to be paid to new executives as either affecting the market price of MYM shares nor being "records" which shareholders are entitled to inspect. IMO.
