For those who claim this to be a P&D...
Look at MYM and PUF. Not to bash either play, as both gave me a fair return before I finally took a profit ( though no where near the top, it's a good lesson on why not to be greedy).
My point being is that both companies see far higher valuations with no revenues, comparable if not smaller facilities, ready, and plans to build facilities that will require HUGE capital raises, and likely further dillution. critically neither has a license, and have gone silent on those fronts.
Yet they still have relatively high market caps...
If CHV is a P&D they are doing it so very, very wrong.
