The problem with TSGI hitching their ride to Sky is that if Sky TV doesn't win sports broadcasting rights, then Sky Bet will suffer.

It's a bold, yet risky move by Ashkenazi. I hope it works out, but don't fool yourself, it's not a slam dunk. Broadcasting rights is crucial to their business, yet TSGI will have almost no input in Sky Broadcasting's bidding strategy.
