In the earnings release from today:

Klondex’s Canadian assets will be spun out to its existing shareholders. Klondex shareholders will receive, for each Klondex share, 0.125 of a common share of a newly formed company which will own Klondex’s Canadian assets.


The non 1:1 conversion ratio mean anything? Ideally the company would have less shares outstanding, but without anything to compare it to (IE how many share's hecla gets for its 7 million/13.46% equity stake).

With these guys I wouldn't put it past them to skrew over long term shareholders 1 last time on their way out tho door...
