KWG Resources Inc. is a Canada-based exploration stage company. It is focused on acquisition of interests in, and the exploration, evaluation and development of deposits of minerals including chromite, base metals and strategic minerals. It is the owner of 100% of the Black Horse chromite project. It also holds other area interests, including a 100% interest in the Hornby claims, a 15% vested interest in the McFaulds copper/zinc project and a vested 30% interest in the Big Daddy chromite project. It has also acquired intellectual property interests, including a method for the direct reduction of chromite to metalized iron and chrome using natural gas. It also owns 100% of Canada Chrome Corporation, a business of KWG Resources Inc., (the Subsidiary), which staked mining claims between Aroland, Ontario (near Nakina) and the Ring of Fire. The Subsidiary has identified deposits of aggregate along the route and made an application for approximately 32 aggregate extraction permits.

RE:RE:RE:Patent.......Commercialization....The MarketAgree Pear3 and the only somewhat factual statement from dragon was that 3 years ago I did apologize for stating that the patents were approved, but being only Noront investor dragon only mentioned that I apologized only to Noront board(very telling) in fact I apologized to several boards minutes after stating it’s approval as Bruce called me to correct me, as I misunderstood what was explained. Now that dragon is spreading news that Noront is in a partnership for several months and knowing that is false as even Couttes has changed from partners to lately shareholders (easily said because that’s what Martens Falls was awarded for past work/and exploration) that was 200 thousand shares from a float of 400million, some partnership lol. Where was Noront when KWG and Martens Falls went to China and also Paris? Some partner if Noront isn’t invited to the Party. When will dragon stop misleading investors that there is a partnership, I suspect dragon will continue spreading 1/2 truths.
