RE:AGM Wednesday....KCC Hearing Tomorrow.Hard to see how a non-positive outcome will play out. Glencore's very public commitment to a capital plug and the AGM. Would look awfully bad if Glencore gets burned here. I think they have control of the situation.. As if the DRC court is perfectly independent. These situations are not new to Glencore.
