my guess is they did not get GO from HC

something seems off... why unload all your shares now?...and this company (back when UMB) were notorious for share price JUMP before company news was announced/released.... keep your eyes on this one... but this time i dont think its a good news. could be way off; but I own 100'sK of this company, and i think in a near future it will be a good company.

cant be 100%, but i hope they pull this through.
