Can someone clarify to me

Can someone clarify to meIf that approval is THE approval we were waiting for or it is only a part of it? I am a bit lost in all the names and channal numbers, and lenght.... Is there some restriction to the approval that means that it is not a full approval?

And do you think that it will help recover some losses?
