Agreed, but .......
  • KDX is @ 35% below 52wk high of C$5.02
  • HC is @ 33.3% below 52wk high of C$6.16

Therefore, cheap HC is buying cheap KDX.

KDx shareholder may thereofre have a better prospect of capital recovery with HC when silver rises /strike resolved, rather than being bought by an overvalued miner.

Moreover, two damaged companies may make one stronger whole company?
