RE:London Hearing postponed...Makes sense - Getler is a bit of a political "hot potatoe" in so far as if Glencore were to loose the case, and have to pay him - the US would probably make their (Glencore's) lives very, very difficult. Maybe if it's a favourable settlement the KCC problem might dissapear as well ?
