RE:London Hearing postponed...Good news. Thanks for posting and comments. Dan will have no chance to win in the London Court. It would be better for him to settle with Glencore out of court room. Considering Dan has very good relationships with Kabila, it will make sense for Glencore to settle with him as well since as you said that Glencore has been seeking ways to pay him for his loyalty. All these DRC lawsuit issues will be resolved in the next few months. I have zero doubts about that. The stakes are high for everyone, DRC loyalty and tax incomes, Glencore, KAT, and the world electric car development.
