Not so sure about that leo101. Minority shareholders have to approve the deal separately. I am definitely voting no to the deal as it stands now. The numbers just don't work. If, in fact the deal does go through my days with both ENB & ENF are over. Other fish in the sea. I have a fondness for PPL as they treated Veresen shareholders (I was one of them) well when they took it over.

Let's see how this plays out. This is just act one.
