BAD COLD WINTER WEATHER /GOOD MILD WINTER WEATHERWith Cruis ,when they talk about Higher Cost to the Company due to Winter Conditions.What States are they referring to..is it JUST the WARMER SOUTHERN STATES of the USA or all the States Cruis has Operations in..?? 1 Year the Winter Weather in the Southern States is Mild and Warmer, but so reason it Cost's Cruis More..another Year it was COLDER WINTER and the Cost's were HIGHER ALSO..CONFUSING ?? or Cover Up ??
