From what I see, the judge more or less cancelled the contract with Gustafson for being "unconscionable". Basically, this means that INP business practices are being judged as quite questionable (unreasonable), a fact that is now publicly known and could lead to more cancelled contracts over time.

Furthermore, I feel that the inability for INP to sign new contracts is due to the fact that no one trusts them anymore (reputation problem). With good Canola prices and interest rate still reasonable, no one in a sound mind will volontarily want to deal with INP when they can do a deal with FCC or major banks.

The question shareholders now need to ask: how many deals involving questionable practices (or dishonest previous employees) have been made?
