Read their analyst report, if they don't have one available even to brokers and their client, their target is useless.

There are a few "Sell Side" analysts who have covered Amaya/TSGI for years their rating and targets are just pure fluff. I am not saying Mcquarie(not sure) is one of them, but certainly Dundee, Fool, and Canaccord I would definitely put in that category.

I will reiterate again I am LONG on this stock however at this point there is a huge disconnect between fundamentals and the stock price and a more in depth analysis is required.
