RE:RE:RE:Share buybackHmmm, I know what you mean about how taking investor's money and then using it to buy at a lower price is bad form. But that isnt what would be happening here. Even though it was only a short while ago, the main point of the share issuance was to finance the purchase of Glencore's assets. That mission has been accomplished. I agree that there remains an obligation to develop the properties they have, but there is currently an excess amount of cash flow being generated to satisfy that obligation. At this point, a share buyback would not be unethical because shareholders have not been mislead.
It is definitely unfortunate for investors that Trevali has acheived its original goals and yet still finds itself with a lagging stock price, but we have to adapt to the reality of the situation. If it is indeed the case that Trevali is being swept about by technicians tracking a downtrend and general market forces even while the fundamentals remain sound, then a share buyback could definitely be prudent at this point.
