curr "net" debt = 165M
total KML shares O/S = 348M

TMP systemsold for 4,500M

cash / share after sale closes =
(4500 - 165) / 348 = $12.45/share

Plus their other minor assets that they still have. Once value of those assets are determined, we'll know where value / KML share settles down.

I didn't factor in above the tax they will pay on the $4.5B.
