Is the KML take over a done deal?

Is the KML take over a done deal?Everyone can correct me if I am wrong but, I think that the investors in KML still have to vote on the deal.  That probably includes the investors in the USA.  If they vote against the sale of KML in the deal's current form then the Federal Government would be right back to square one, especially if the shareholders tell them that the deal is not good enough.  Seeing how the Goverrnment needs this deal to get done the current shareholders, in KML and Kinder-Morgan Canada's parent company could really put the squeeze on them so I have to ask myself if this is truely a done deal or is a new chapter in this saga about to be written.

That's my take.  I am sure that if I am barking up the wrong tree I am sure contributors to this board will set me straight.
