RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:2.26 to 2.30 our new home?Well Rose I'll admit I was blue-sky writing but the optimism is grounded on a nummber of considerations including...
1. The external fiscal discipline imposed by customers to ensure stable delivery of product has obviously been culturaly ingrained in the company with values of frugility, efficiency and optimization.
2. The commment awhile back that managemeent highlighted that a customer said PHO has more opportunity outside the chamber than in. Imagination on pottential uses has been well explored.
3. A long customer product cycle translates into stability for the company to have runway to take the newly absorbed Photon R&D to develop new products.
4. Having capacity to do custom work can easly translate and incorporate as another product SKU thus expanding the product portfolio.
5. Management experience from MKS and other instrumenttation/controls businesses matched with what I see as an active mindful awareness. I get the sense that the leadership sees the company as unrealized potential and I believe they have the skills, curiosity and drive to unlock that potential.
6. A potential to be a 'darling' stock given it's gross margins, cash reserve, being the only semi-con pure play in canada.
Risks of customer concentration, a single facility, demand for fab equipment, hostile takeover attempt etc are all risks but on the balance of probability, I think this company is going to grow a lot and the stock price willl follow suit.
At the end of the day, the story shall unfold as it may.
