I am pulling for David I hope he gets off but it doesn't matter he isn't coming back. 

The AMF are Monkeys without the resources to litigate properly, however confidential documents seized from witnesses which are immaterial to the case are not going to get a stay of proceedings.

The defence will play all cards possible to get him off or weaken the case but in the end this case is going forward and I really want to see this "smoking gun" the AMF has that they won't disclose. 

Both parties know who the 'reporting witness' is by now but that information is not public yet.
