Went long recently. The portfolio of US investments since inception looks very interesting and this sale of the remainder of Parkway even more so. Capital gain might be $46MM for tax purposes but sure the cash gain is far more than that. Would love to know extent of US purchases coming out of transaction proceeds, and the amount of collateralisation against parkway assets to be repaid in order to have some idea of residual special distribution but would spec it has to be about $1 per unit...just spec but with 33MM units o/s right now seems feasible to me despite the unknowns.
