I understood the special distribution in the same way i.e. there is no net benefit for existing resident shareholders. the so called special distribution is a sleight of hand...a "fake" ...more

OK, so they issue new units as the special distribution and then re-consolidate so each holder has same number of units as they started with, ergo, we have the units we have now times $14.25...nothing ...more

From wot I can make out, has $103MM o/s on Loan Facility tied to Ontario Property. They need to replace about $5-$6MM in NOI upon sale of Ontario property with new purchases in USA to be on course for ...more
