RE:RE:Upcoming Event Prediction

RE:RE:Upcoming Event PredictionDDC got bought out by Washington Companies taking it private. So I do not believe a paper deal can even be a consideration anymore from that company or I may be wrong?

A JV deal for cash considerations could still be a possibility and personally I think it fits the Friedlands MO. Get a company to buy out half their position in a way that gets them to an operational mine covering their half of expenses. Essentially sell half the company to build the mine for them. In that case the deal would probably look like $200 or more cash plus all work required to get to bankable feasability. Considering they are cutting staff at Ekati, stopped work on Jay pipe they are either doing so because they are in financial problems after the deal, no longer want to work on extending the life of Ekati, or they are currently refocusing capital to another venture. You could spend $500+mill to drain a body of water and mine Jay or you could build Chidliak and open trench mine CH-6......plusses and minuses to each plan and different risk considerations. Who knows!

Personally I want a 50/50 with De Beers, they are the real diamond company in the world.
