It was re negotiated for less then 75 million shares. 30 mil will come free in 4 months and one day from issuance which was arpil 4th  so would be around Aug 5th

and 23 million issued on may 2nd will come free on sept 2


But this is all for .10 and .15 with some half and full .15 warrants. Hopefully this is times with what they see as Ivory coast deal putting this stock in the mid .20's low .30's
