good news bad news

good news bad newsgreat they have cash, too bad their business was over hyped by lots of promo to unsuspecting investors and now we are all wondering do they really have a business.  
tough to rely on mgmt when they have missed guidance and they have not led any other succesful businesses in the past 
history has shown a >90% failure rate on tech shell companies with cheap paper with lots spent on promo.  Eventually one need to deliver results not excuses.  Lots of downside from here.  Sorry.
