With all the pieces now in place: Cubeler, Gold River, ASFC and Gold Legal, Peak is now positioned as a full-service financial institution in China serving almost 50MM small-medium size businesses.
Their prior business model already set expectations with $60MM in revenue flowing through the company in 2016, the vast majority of it in just 4 months of AST operations, albeit with razor thin margins. The new model will have greatly improved margins and still process revenue on a similar (or likely greater) scale.
Hit this powderkeg with one sharp bullet of a news release with revenue figures and it will go boom.
