For what it's worth; a little tidbit I picked up today. B-Ville has a Proposal Call in for the Catering for a 400 Person Camp. Apparently 10 Organizations have committed to Tender and are still working on the scope of responsibilities. "ie:- dishes, table ware, bedding", and I don't know what all. Presently, I have been informed that the present number of people using the currant facility are 60 to 65. Housing in Wells is just about Nil, but I have noticed an influx of Properties for sale that Previously I would have thought not possible. We even have a local who has decided to start acquiring Property for an investment because of the present availability. It will be interesting to see how this all play's out with construction costs what they are. Times are a changing! I've been long since the strike of Bonanza Ledge, looking for one final Big Payday.
