Without a buyout, how can they survive with their current cash float? They're burning $3-5MM a quarter and need to allocate money to expediting the expansion of Phase 1. At this point, I think a buyout would be beneficial to both MARI shareholders and the acquiring company. It's pretty obvious the moment we run to $2.50, there will be another bought deal in the low 2s for $40-60MM. 

I'm long on MARI, but I'm trying to be realistic here as well. There's no way MARI will let their cash float dip under $10MM, which is what they'll have left by the end of the year.
