What is going on is PAT has a huge market cap and it is not really justified yet.

Roll out seems to be delayed so 150 - 160 mil just cant be.

Summer is here which is selling season.

This was trading around 1.00 - 1.20 and really not much changed since then. I expect that is where i will settle again until this product is ready to go.

I think if you buy now you will do OK and make money long term but i also think you can get it cheaper,
