Q: I understand that current management sold an asset recently to pay some bills I presume.  Was this done with Board approval and are there minutes to support this action?

 

A: There was no board meeting called to approve this.

 

Q: Did current management really withhold 25% of the drilling results from the Resource estimate?

 

A: Yes it is true, and I am deeply puzzled and concerned with this myself. Part of the reason I am looking to remove three directors is because I don’t have faith in the decisions they are making. This decision is a great illustration of why I hope I am successful on July 24th.
