Here is my calculations. Correct me if I am wrong.

If you have 100000 shares of Matamec, you will end up with 6474.86 shares of QPM shares.

Formula: (Matamec shares) X 0.064748633 = (QPM shares)

The consolidation is based on a 3 cent Matamec share and plus a premium of about 32%.

QPM shares would be valued at 61 cents a share at market open.

All in my opinion.
