What happens when you have bad management.
 
Last round of financing needs +80% to break even on their 6 month old investment.
While 20/23m still sits in their back account doing nothing..
On top of that the CEO's dad is dumping his shares at the peak SP we've had in months killing any momuntum of a recovery. 

IR's justification was "Bill is just cashing in some shares to make up for the fact he’s been working for very low pay, and like anyone else, sometimes you have a major purchase in your life. "
