In regard to the AGM, unless they do not get the votes [ highly unlikely], they will approve the three classes of preferreds. Series 1,2,3. 

I have no idea, what or when or how much they will issue to begin with. Anybody's guess.

I mentioned in an earlier post how important the WLC 14-C well was. This drop in price is directly related to the last news release. I know it is unfair but a micro cap company cannot screw up a well.

They do not have the resources to say, oh well, maybe next time. There is no next time. They have NO MONEY and each well drillled must be successful. Period.

So what happens now. Well until they get the positive results from WLC-14-C, we are at the mercy of the market makers.
