Thanks for clarification, well we won't make any money on this beacause unless they start the mine, QPM can't stay at 0.61 cents..i hope i'm wrong!

The consolidation is based on a 3 cent Matamec share and plus a premium of about 32%.

QPM shares would be valued at 61 cents a share at market open.

All in my opinion.
