The most frustrating part is that if you visit BXE website, the first thing it pops up is the text 

Providing share value through drilling, development, and targeted acquisition.

Where is the Share Value here? What are they talking about?

I also believe that the Asset Value that they talk about is not considering the current O&G sentiment. If they put up the company on Sale today do they get $ which they have accounted in BS? I highly doubt it.

It is a perfect example of "All that glitters is not gold". Unfortunately, I got blind sighted by the glitter of book value and the historical high sp. Learned in a hard way that it is not what it looks like.
