RE:RE:RE:Sky betting dealWhile - in this case - I hope you are right, that is not always the case and (again) depends on the 'devil in the details'.  I have been involved in a number of M&A deals where the cash-at-bank was handled as 'empty coffers' and the previous owners (and, once, I) did just that - the new owners started again by having to 'fill up the coffers'.

As I said, it depends on the 'devil in the detail' and I hope that - this time - you are right.
