RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Shareholder revoltI wish you luck. a shareholder revolt is not going to save bxe. getting rid of debt will.

This one is dragging down investors since last few years now. Do you call it a smart move when a company reduces debt by compromising shareholders interest? And they have reduced a small % of debt at what value? It's almost 25% of outstanding shares that they have diluted for a small % of the debt.
They will fix their BS by eroding SH value, and then pay themselves performance bonuses for putting the company in a good shape. My foot.
When LNG projects go ahead and Energy prices improve these crooks will show as they have killed so big elephant to bring the company in Black.
I would have sold completely out of this $hit if I get a better option, but not at lifetime lows. I know how to fight these crooks. And I am already in talks. Just wanted to see if others are interested. I am not afraid of fighting alone.
Sometimes you have to stand up against the management to tell them that they are not right. Especially companies like BXE where management does not own a dime. Crescent Point and Aimia are good examples of recent revolt.

But keep in mind as the spread starts to widen, people will look for the players left behind in any LNG rally. The market isn't a perfect system. Particularly on small caps like this. Onto some of your points, I don't see what you mean by "BXE management has all plans in place to screw up the Shareholders". What in particular do you feel has been nefarious? Also as far as starting a grassroots petition to garner a "special meeting", with the entire thesis being to sell the assets RIGHT before a decision on LNG Canada will be made sounds a little short sighted. Although you mention "Selling them at lifetime lows is not probably a best case.". So I'm not sure why you even want to have a meeting. Is it to complain to management about the performance of a stock you've been in for less then a quarter? Come on now man. Sell your shares if you have no faith.
